I was born and grew up in north London, always drawing funny pics and cartoon characters (first things first - schoolwork had to wait its turn).
I later attended St. Martin's School of Art (now Central St. Martin's), and subsequently found employment in advertising and cartoon animation studios.
Since going freelance, I have worked as a gag-cartoonist, strip-cartoonist, and magazine and children's book illustrator, and have also done work for advertising, educational, and greetings card companies. I draw a long-running cartoon feature - originally a daily feature in the MIRROR newspaper - which I now syndicate to local newspapers around the UK.
I love to draw with plenty of action, expression and humour - people, kids, animals, dinosaurs, fish on bicycles, 2-headed aliens, you name it - and am fast and reliable.
