How many portfolios are included?
The PNW annual or monthly payment plans include 5 portfolios. Each portfolio can hold up to 30 full-size images

What video formats does PNW allow for?
You can add 10+ videos to your 'media' tab in your profile directly through 'You Tube, Vimeo, Google Video' and more popular video sites.
How long does it take before I can access my new PNW account?
Once your subscription had been completed you can access your creative space immediately.
What image formats can I use?
PNW supports jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff, and png images.
Can I have a blog with my domain?
Yes, your PNW account now includes blog space with every subscription. To activate your blog, simply click on the 'blog dashboard located in your profile 'blog' tab.
How do I get my portfolio featured on PNW?
Each month artists will be chosen to present their work, along with a mini interview on our homepage.
Can I pay for PNW in my own currency?
Through paypal you can pay for your subscription using any currency.
Is the site secure?
All personal information given to PNW is kept private. We won’t ever share things with third parties. We also use up-to-date security measures with a firewall and various encryption techniques to keep things safe.
Portfolio Settings
I have a new email address; how do I update it?
Log into your profile, then click on update>edit>update your profile> then edit and save your updated email address.
How do I change infomation about me or my password?
Log into your profile, then click on update>edit>update your profile> scroll to the bottom of the page, then edit and save your new password. How do I delete an image?
Log into your profile, then click on the 'Your Profile' menu >upload/edit work>Edit porfolio>delete menu.
How do I add video to my portfolio?Log into your profile, then click on media>manage your sandbox.
How can I add projects and images?
Log into your profile, then click on the 'Your Profile' menu >upload/edit work.
Can I change my PNW URL, if so, how do I do it?
Log into your profile, then choose the profile url>edit link underneath your profile picture.
How many projects, images, and videos do I have ?
You currently have 5 portfolios, 150 images, and 10 video links.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
At the top of the page click on the 'forgot password' link, or send us an email
